ชมรมผู้สูงอายุ คือ การรวมกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุที่อายุเกิน 60 ปีบริบูรณ์ขึ้นไป ตั้งแต่ 30 คน ขึ้นไป โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทำกิจกรรมร่วมกันของผู้สูงอายุ โดยมีการจดทะเบียนขึ้นเป็นกลุ่มองค์กรสาธารณประโยชน์ และองค์กรสวัสดิการชุมชน
